During the Covid- 19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, Medicess are still open for business.

We would like to assure all of our customers, clients and patients that we are following the government guidelines and we’re taking the appropriate actions needed. 

The safety of our patients, clients, employees and employees’ families remains paramount therefore all of our employees are now working from home.

Please be aware

  • We are monitoring advice .
  • We have robust business continuity plans to ensure that our patient and client rehabilitation plans remain as clinically accurate as possible given the current climate. 
  • Our employees all have laptops and are working remotely. They can still all be contacted by phone or email.

Update January 2021

Following the government’s announcement on the 4th January 2021, please be assured that we are fully equipped to deliver a consistent, high-quality and cost-effective service. 

Whilst it is always better to engage with patients on a face-to-face basis, we have fully integrated remote services to deliver the best possible care, this includes:

  1. Comprehensive risk assessment protocols, 
  2. Remote  Assessment services, 
  3. Remote Treatment services.
