Our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) is unique to Medicess

At Medicess we employ an extremely hard-working and experienced multidisciplinary team, along with a management team who work alongside our professionals to rebuild patients’ lives.

Our rehabilitation case managers are all experienced rehabilitation specialists

Our rehabilitation case managers come from a variety of clinical backgrounds, including Nurses, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists. Although each patient will have a dedicated Rehabilitation Case Manager, their care will include input from other members of the MDT, ensuring each clinician is only operating within their own clinical scope of practice.

The designated Rehabilitation Case Manager is the powerhouse of the MDT team, communicating with all parties, and ensuring the ongoing health and wellbeing of the patient. Working with doctors they manage their cases with the team in order to deliver the highest quality care that addresses all of the patients’ biopsychosocial/rehabilitation needs.
