Intermediate Track Service

Our intermediate track service dovetails into the new process, enabling you to position cases into the highest complexity band from day one. It also promotes higher-value cases out of the intermediate track and into the multi-track.

It starts with our doctors reviewing every new case and providing you with a FREE clinical report. The report will take 3-5 days and will provide:

This report is used to justify the case complexity, and the costs can be combined with your damages estimate. This will position the case into the correct complexity band attracting the maximum fixed cost for the case, whilst promoting the higher value cases into multi-track. The best results are achieved by obtaining the report BEFORE issuing the letter of claim, although the service will benefit your client at any stage of their claim.

Multi-Track Service

Our Multi-Track service targets clients with complex and catastrophic injuries delivering the care and support that they need as soon as practicably possible. We see cases at any stage of the claim from pre-liability decision and any time after.
