Multidisciplinary Team

Meet our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).

Our MDT is made up of our Rehabilitation Managers and Case Assistants. Here, all of our Rehabilitation Managers work together to expedite patients recovery and provide clinical, objective and well-rounded rehabilitation recommendations.

All of our Rehabilitation Managers keep up to date with their continual professional development (CPD), this means that all our rehabilitation recommendations are based on up-to-date clinical evidence. Each Rehabilitation Manager brings their own skillset to our MDT, providing our clients with the best support and our patients with the best care.

Our Rehabilitation Managers work with the our team behind the scenes – our Case Assistants.  They work with our MDT to ensure all administrative tasks are completed for the patients. This includes sourcing treatment providers, organising and delivering paperwork and much more. Meet our team below.

About me

“ I am Medicess’ Doctor. I work with my lovely colleagues as part of the MDT model, giving my objective insight and experience into their rehabilitation recommendations. I have worked with Matt, the Managing Director, for many years and was extremely happy to take on this role! I am a busy working mum juggling parenting and work-life (I am sure many parents can agree with me!) and wouldn’t change it for the world. Living in the South West I am accustomed to the beautiful scenery which is a blessing.”

About me

“In my spare time I like to spend it with family and friends. I enjoy socialising, watching films, being outdoors and going to concerts and festivals. I have recently re-located to Darlington from Sunderland after meeting that special someone. I have a miniature daschund called Rocky who keeps me very busy as well as 2 children and 3 step children. As you can imagine it can be quite hectic when we’re all together! We enjoy walking, particularly in the countryside, going on holiday and I love a glass of red to unwind!”

About me
Hi I’m Donna, I’m one of the clinical admin team.  I bring joy to the team with my singing abilities although the others may disagree with this!  I’ve worked at Medicess for nearly 10 years and have to say that I do enjoy coming to work as the team are a great one.

I’m a dog lover and in my spare time like walks, shopping, eating out and going on holidays and mini breaks.  I may add that we do like a cake at Medicess and we have held our very own bake off…. I won but I think this was by default and sympathy rather than my baking abilities!”
