Medicess has supported insurers and defendant firms since 2004. Our doctor-led, multidisciplinary rehabilitation model provides clear, defensible and proportionate rehabilitation management for complex and catastrophic injury claims.
Our focus is on objective clinical governance, appropriate rehabilitation planning, and cost control — supporting robust decision-making throughout the lifecycle of a claim.
All cases are overseen by in-house doctors and delivered by regulated clinicians working within statutory scope. This provides objective, audit-ready rehabilitation that stands up to legal and regulatory scrutiny.
Every case starts with a free rehabilitation review, giving a clear view on whether rehab is justified, what is proportionate, and what it will cost. This early clinical insight supports informed decision-making around reserving, litigation track considerations, and overall claims strategy within the FRC and Intermediate Track framework.
We recommend the appropriate INA based on injury severity (Remote, Moderate, or Complex). Our MDT structure prevents therapy drift and ensures treatments are clinically justified and aligned to the value and trajectory of the claim.
Our approach promotes functional recovery, timely return to work and reduced long-term care needs — helping to contain total claim cost in an environment of rising severity.
You receive monthly updates, quarterly reviews and six-month MDT meetings. All reporting is evidence-based, clinically reasoned, and designed to support collaborative, defensible decision-making throughout the life of the claim.
