Following submission we will confirm receipt and contact you to discuss how we can assist.

Firstly, we will ensure your client is allocated the most appropriate case manager from our multidisciplinary team.  We will also take into account various factors, including relevant clinical experience and geographical location.

Rehabilitation case management will be provided in accordance with the NICE guidelines on Trauma Management. In line with these guidelines, we recommend conducting an Initial Needs Assessment as soon as possible after the traumatic injury.
